End of General Support for AirWatch Container


The AirWatch Container application for iOS and Android will reach End of General Support on August 9th, 2020.

Starting on August 9th 2020, Workspace ONE UEM will no longer guarantee support for any devices currently enrolled, or new devices attempting to enroll. It is possible that existing devices may become unenrolled, lose connectivity to the Workspace ONE UEM console, or stop checking in after upgrading to a Workspace ONE UEM console version released after the End of General Support date.


Customer Impact

All customers that have devices enrolled using the AirWatch Container app in their environment should migrate these users to Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub prior to the End of General Support date.
