Customers have reported that some device models cannot enroll into work profile even if the device is certified for Google services. The error reads:
Couldn’t set up your work profile. Contact your IT department or try again later.
Customers affected by the issue should:
- Check if the issue is reproducible using the Test DPC app (available on the Play Store).
The Test DPC simulates a work profile on the device without the use of Workspace ONE UEM and helps identify if the issue is device specific or not.
- Collect a bug report as soon as the failure occurs. Instructions to do so are provided here. Provide details of the device model, OS version and the bug report to Workspace ONE support so our product teams can engage Google.
