Google Data Privacy Notification For Workspace ONE Boxer Personal Gmail Account Users
In an effort to strengthen end-user security and privacy, Google has introduced stronger controls and policies requiring third-party apps, such as VMware Workspace ONE Boxer for Android and iOS, that access consumer level Gmail accounts to comply with the new standards that are focused on Gmail APIs. End of General Support for Windows Phone 10
Windows Phone 10 devices in Workspace ONE UEM and AirWatch Express will reach End of General Support on December 10th, 2019.  On this date, Workspace ONE UEM and AirWatch Express will no longer guarantee full support for any Windows Phone 10 devices currently enrolled, or new devices attempting to enroll in environments. It is possible that existing devices may become unenrolled, lose connectivity to the console, or stop checking in after upgrading to a Workspace ONE UEM or AirWatch Express version released after the End of General Support date. Introducing Workspace ONE UEM 1903 for SaaS

What's New

  • Admins now have two new and useful categories available when you create a Smart Group: Management Type and Enrollment Category.
  • Admins can now switch between all your Workspace ONE services using the new icon in the header menu.
  • Admins can now manage your Horizon, Citrix, or Thin App resources from within Workspace ONE UEM with the integration of Virtual Apps Collections.
  • Admins can enroll devices running any version and build of Linux into your Workspace ONE UEM deployment
  • Admins can set options like install method, deployment start and end time, server time zone, and network for Android updates page to customize updates for the Samsung Enterprise Firmware Over the Air (EFOTA).
  • Admins have a new and improved experience to simplify deploying and managing Tunnel settings.

Introducing VMware Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 1903 for Windows 10

What’s New

  • AMST-12238: Added improvements to the Intelligent Hub installer. 

Bugs Fixed

  • AMST-14619: Fixed an issue where Bitlocker encryption does not prompt for passcode on reboot when TPM was not initialized.
  • AMST-14212: Fixed an issue where Custom Settings profiles targeted to Intelligent Hub were failing.
  • AMST-14287: Fixed an issue where AwWindowsIPC crashed on French media. 

Known Issues

  • AMST-14565: Intelligent Hub installer displays an unfriendly error when a downgrade is attempted.

    • Workspace ONE Boxer now support the use of Historic S/MIME certificates for reading emails encrypted with expired certs.
    • Historic certificates are uploaded via the VMware Workspace ONE UEM console.

AAPP-6795: Registering a device using VMware Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 19.03 for iOS, unenrolling, and re-enrolling with MDM wipes the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub’s data
The Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app may not display any data to users who have devices registered in container mode which have been un-enrolled and re-enrolled into MDM. More details can be found in the full article text.
