End of General Support for Windows Phone 10


Windows Phone 10 devices in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Express will reach End of General Support on December 10th, 2019.  On this date, Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Express will no longer guarantee full support for any Windows Phone 10 devices currently enrolled, or new devices attempting to enroll in environments. It is possible that existing devices may become unenrolled, lose connectivity to the console, or stop checking in after upgrading to a Workspace ONE UEM or Workspace ONE Express version released after the End of General Support date. 

Microsoft has announced the end of support for Windows Phone 10 as December 10, 2019.  The end of support date applies to all Windows 10 Mobile products, including Windows 10 Mobile and Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise. Please note this notice does NOT impact support of any other version of Windows in Workspace ONE UEM, for example Windows Rugged.


Customer Impact

All customers that have any Windows Phone 10 devices enrolled in their environment should work to migrate these users to supported device types prior to this end of support life date.
