VMware Workspace ONE UEM 1811
Workspace ONE UEM administrators may experience problems when accessing Organization Group or Device details pages after upgrading their environment to Workspace ONE UEM 1811.
When trying to access the pages, administrators are presented with the following message:
This is resolved in Workspace ONE UEM 1902 version.
For customers applying the 1811 (220.127.116.11) patch available here, please perform the following steps:
- Login to the Workspace ONE UEM Console as the System Administrator.
- Select the Organization Group (OG) Global, or the top-most OG in the hierarchy, from the OG selection drop-down.
- Navigate to Groups & Settings > Groups > Organization Groups, then select the Details tab.
- Verify if the Default Location is selected. If the selected location is not the default, use the drop-down to map the correct location for the Global or top-most OG.
- Select Save.
