When enrolling an iOS device using Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub, end-users may see the following error message after entering their email address:
"We're having trouble loading this page. Please contact your admin to work through
This issue only occurs if the Workspace ONE UEM Console has Auto-Discovery configured and Identity Manager is set as the Source of Authentication for Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub.
Devices which have been affected are still able to enroll using the Device Services URL and Group ID.
The Device Services URL can be found in the Workspace ONE UEM Console under Groups & Settings > All Settings > System > Advanced > Site URLs.
Note: (Device Services URL (use the URL without /DeviceServices)
The Group ID can be found in the Workspace ONE UEM Console under Groups & Settings > Groups > Organization Groups Details or by hovering over the Organization Name.
This has been resolved in Workspace ONE UEM Console 18.104.22.168+.
