End of General Support for Remote Management 3.0 for macOS

VMware Remote Management 3.0 for macOS will reach End of General Support on July 17th, 2019. After this date, VMware cannot guarantee full support for Remote Management 3.0 for macOS. More information around this announcement can be found in the full article.

 

Introducing VMware Advanced Remote Management 5.0 for Android

What's New in this Version

  • RUGG-5560: Support for Device Models with Multiple Keyboard Layouts (for example, Zebra MC33).
  • RUGG-5559: Privacy Enhancements for GDPR (such as, Privacy Policy link, persistent on-device notification for Android).

Intelligent Hub for Android mistakingly updated to 9.1.0.2

On December 12th, a future version of the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub (9.1.0.2) was mistakingly published to Production on Google Play. The version was available for approximately 41 minutes. In order to revert to version 9.0.0.390, a new build of version 9.0.0.391 was uploaded and published earlier today. More information including customer impact can be found in the full article.
Note: The new build of 9.0.0.391 does not have any new features or bug fixes in comparison to the previous build of 9.0.0.390.

Known Issues

DLP Screenshot Policies are not Enforced on Select OnePlus 6 Device Configurations with VMware Workspace ONE Boxer for Android

The DLP policy to restrict screenshots available on the VMware Workspace ONE Boxer for Android configuration page is not supported on OnePlus 6 devices running Oxygen OS 9.0.2. The OS-level API required to control screenshot capture is not available with this configuration of device and OS.
