Intelligent Hub for Android mistakingly updated to 9.1.0.2

Overview

Earlier today, a future version of the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub (9.1.0.2) was mistakingly published to Production on Google Play. The version was available for approximately 41 minutes. In order to revert to version 9.0.0.390, a new build of version 9.0.0.391 was uploaded and published earlier today. 

The new build of 9.0.0.391 does not have any new features or bug fixes in comparison to the previous build of 9.0.0.390.

 

Customer Impact

  • End users will receive an update for the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub (9.0.0.391) on Google Play.
  • Devices running Intelligent Hub version 9.1.0.2 should upgrade to the current published version on Play (9.0.0.391). Users that remain on 9.1.0.2 will experience a crash or enrollment failures when using the Intelligent Hub.
  • Devices running Intelligent Hub version 9.0.0.386 or version 9.0.0.390 should not be affected by crashes or enrollment failures. The suggested upgrade path for these devices is to download and install the latest build from Play (9.0.0.391).
