Introducing VMware Workspace ONE 3.3.4 for iOS

Bugs Fixed in this App Version

  • HW-91471: Fixed an issue where the catalog took a long time to load.

End of General Support for VMware Identity Manager TLS 1.0 and 1.1 (Production)

VMware Workspace ONE is updating the network cipher suite supported in the VMware SaaS data centers by dropping support for weak/legacy ciphers. Our teams will discontinue support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.0 and 1.1 in all VMware Identity Manager hosted (SaaS) environments.

Google Network Requirement Changes

Google recently added a new endpoint to their Network Requirements for devices on version Android Oreo (8.0+) and above to allow internal and public application downloads to be initiated. The list of endpoints required are mentioned in the VMware Workspace ONE UEM Recommended Architecture Guide. Additional information regarding customer impact can be found in the knowledge base article.

ISCL-177199 / ASCL-174662: VMware Workspace ONE Send for iOS and Android Shows Admin Consent

End users of the VMware Workspace ONE Send on both iOS and Android are prevented from using the app by the prompt shown below for Need admin approval. Users are unable to continue using the app. This issue issue is a result of Microsoft's Azure AD application consent experience. It is unknown what triggered this prompt as no known changes had been made to VMware Workspace ONE Send app or permissions when the issue was reported.
