Introducing Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 6.0.1 for iOS

Bugs Fixed in this App Version

  • HUBI-1591: Enrollment with Hub fails if port is included in the server URL
  • HUBI-1603: Hub is not parsing Group ID when enrolling using QR code
  • HUBI-1587: If device language is set to Japanese, Hub crashes on pressing the Application List Compliance Details button

Known Issues in this App Version

  • HUBI-1562: After unenrolling and relaunching the Intelligent Hub, the app splash screen shows an incorrect error message
  • HUBI-1440: Notifications sent to the device do not appear in the Messages section until clicked on in the notification
  • HUBI-1569: Avatar names do not match for basic users from Workspace ONE UEM and Hub Services

Maintenance Notification for SaaS Environments using Stage Now EMM Connect

All OS maintenance activity for the Stage Now API Server was performed on Saturday, November 10th, between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM EST (1 hour outage) for all regions. While this is maintenance was taking place, StageNow barcodes could not be generated via the Workspace ONE UEM Console.


Device Management

VMware Advanced Remote Management Limitations with Dual Platform Keys

VMware Advanced remote management is not currently able to fully operate with a two or more platform keys for the same device on an OS upgrade and requires a product change on the OEM side to handle this situation. It is therefore recommended for ARM customers to not upgrade Zebra devices to Oreo (Android 8.1) until a release which addresses this issue is available. If a device is upgraded before support for two platform signatures is available, ARM will still provide “View Only” mode, File Manager, and the Command Line Interface for the device.
