VMware Workspace ONE UEM 9.6.0+, 9.7.0+
VMware Workspace ONE Intelligence custom reports and sync status pages show inconsistent app counts when compared to the Workspace ONE UEM console due to following issues:
- INTEL-7953: Windows or macOS devices returning blank values for app versions or app IDs
- INTEL-7849: App records which need to be re-processed are stuck in pending state on the database
- INTEL-7394: The same app is assigned as Internal and Public
