[Resolved] INTEL-7150: Inaccurate Device Data if your environment has Windows Mobile Devices

Workspace ONE UEM 9.4 and above

 

Symptoms

Workspace ONE administrators leveraging Intelligence in environments containing Windows Mobile devices may notice the Percentage of Devices/Apps imported in the Intelligence Sync Status page does not reach 100%.

 

Fix Version

This issue has been resolved in Workspace ONE UEM Console 9.7.0.

SaaS Customers: No action required if you are on 9.4 or above. All SaaS environments have been patched.

On-Premise Customers can either:

  1. Upgrade to 9.7.0 or above, OR
  2. Install the latest cumulative patch if you are on versions 9.4, 9.5, 9.6 and then run a one-time execution script on the UEM Database.
