[Resolved] BINXA-8649: Workspace ONE Boxer for Android shows a broken link instead of rendering the PDF as an attachment in rich text format emails

Overview

When receiving a rich text format (RTF) email, created using Microsoft Outlook for Windows that has a PDF document embedded, Boxer shows a broken link instead of rendering the PDF as an attachment in the email. Plain text and HTML-formatted emails are not affected.

Workaround

This issue can be avoided by refraining from formatting emails in RTF in Outlook for Windows as the HTML format is not affected.

Fix Version

This issue was addressed with the release of VMware Workspace ONE Boxer 5.2 for Android.
