Duplicate records of the same device serial number will appear in the Enrollment Status page for iOS devices being synced from the Device Enrollment Program or Apple Business Manager.
There have not been any functional issues witnessed as a result of the duplicate records.
Our product team has been engaged and is actively working to resolve the issue. We will be updating this page with the required version to fix the root issue to prevent duplicate records from appearing as well as a script to remove any duplicates already created in the environment.
