Duplicate records of the same device serial number will appear in the Enrollment Status page for iOS devices being synced from the Device Enrollment Program or Apple Business Manager.
The only observed functional issue is for DEP devices with authentication OFF and pre-registered to enrollment users will enroll but fail to automatically move from the staging user to the enrollment user. Manual movement such as with the Agent/Intelligent Hub is still functional.
This issue has been resolved in Workspace ONE UEM 1810.
