Workspace ONE UEM Console 9.7
After upgrading to Workspace ONE UEM Console 9.7, Android and Android Enterprise enrollments are not updated in Smart Groups. This issue occurs in the following scenarios:
- The passcode profile includes multiple Smart Groups in assignment, and the device is a part of these Smart Groups.
- The device(s) enrolling into a Container type Organization Group with no Smart Group assignment.
SaaS (Shared & Dedicated): This issue has been resolved across all SaaS environments on Workspace ONE UEM Console 9.7.
If you have any devices that are still experiencing the issue, you can re-save the Smart Group to force update them for those new devices. If that does not remediate the situation, we ask you to delete the device from the console, and re-attempt enrollment.
On-Premises: A patch with the fix for this issue will be available along with the Workspace ONE UEM 9.7 installer when it is released for On Premises environments.
