Introducing Workspace ONE Intelligence September 13th, 2018 Release

The VMware Workspace ONE team is excited to announce the VMware Workspace ONE Intelligence September 13th, 2018 Release is publicly available.

 

What’s New 

See your Intelligence environment in one place on the new Insights page.​ 

​​​​​Navigate to all areas in your Workspace ONE Intelligence environment. See the latest widgets added to Dashboards, Reports, and Automations. Add reports and new connections from the Insights page. Activate a trial version of Intelligence or find out how to buy and unlock sections.

​​Use the improved filtering and results.

​​​The UI makes it clearer when you filter on a single object or when you filter multiple objects.  When you select a single item, the UI displays that value.  When you select and filter more than one item, the UI displays the number of items selected.  

Change filter options without losing filter values.

You no longer have to enter filter values after changing a filter operator because filter values stay persistent. 

Enable a proxy when installing the VMware Workspace ONE Intelligence Connector.

If you already have a proxy configured in the Workspace ONE UEM console, you can enable to use the proxy when you install the Workspace ONE Intelligence Connector. Get the configurations from the Workspace ONE UEM console in Groups & Settings > All Settings > Installation > Proxy > Console Proxy Settings

Compatibility, Installation, and Upgrade

On-Premises Customer Prerequisite

Download and install the Workspace ONE Intelligence Connector. Find download and installation instructions in the guide, in the topic “Install the Workspace ONE Intelligence Connector Service for On-Premises.”

These actions enable the Intelligence opt-in within the VMware Workspace ONE UEM console. Navigate to Hub > Intelligenceto access the Intelligence console and technical preview features.
