Application Data Clean-Up in Workspace ONE Intelligence

In the current release of Workspace ONE Intelligence, the method in which application data is displayed has been updated in order to improve accuracy. The data now provides current known state of the device’s application inventory – if an application has been installed – using the following methods:

  • Only include records with Application Install Status equals “True”
  • Remove any data where Application Install Status does not equal “True” (including records of older application versions)
  • Only display the latest version for an installed application

This improved accuracy reinforces Workspace ONE Intelligence as a source-of-truth for application inventory, resulting in more straightforward application queries.

Customer Impact

Customers leveraging filters to query transient states such as “Pending” or “Failed” will need to review their reports, dashboards, and automations to make any necessary adjustments.
