[Resolved] CMEM-184757: Secure Email Gateway (SEG) logs show error regarding encryption key retrieval

Symptoms

After configuring Secure Email Gateway (SEG) Classic, Workspace ONE UEM administrators may find the following error message in the SEG Integration Services logs:
Error while getting the latest valid encryption key!

This error does not impact email flow or functionality.

 

Fix Version

This issue has been resolved in VMware Workspace ONE UEM 1810.
