[Resolved] FCA-186805: Users are not able to log into the Self-Service Portal

Symptoms

After upgrading On-Premises AirWatch servers to Microsoft patch KB4089187 (Windows Server 2012 Standard) or subsequent patches (ex: KB4103768) and restarting the server, administrators may find that users are unable to log into the Self-Service Portal page. The user will be able to enter user credentials, however, once entered, will repeatedly be redirected to the login page.

 

Workaround

Removing the OS patch will restore SSP login functionality.

This issue was resolved in VMware Workspace ONE UEM 9.6
