Resolved Issues in Workspace ONE 3.3

  • HW-88994: Win10 Workspace ONE app hangs after launch
  • HW-87677: Workspace ONE failed to pick up enrolled device and register duplicate record
  • HW-87084: After killing and re-opening Workspace ONE app, user lands on server URL screen
  • HW-81329: Device registration with 2nd domain user fails using Windows WS1 App

 

Known Issues in Workspace ONE 3.3

  • HW-90773: Apps not installing after adaptive enrollment (step up)
  • HW-91244 - Windows desktop WS1 app - Xenapp launches fails - control does not recognize citrix receiver installed on the machine 
  • HW-91091- WS1 app does not ask user to authenticate even if idle and access token are expired
    • Workaround: Please make sure Access, Refresh and Idle tokens in vIDM are set up such that - none of the tokens are less than 5 minutes, Access and Idle token values are not identical, and Idle token value is greater than Access token but lesser than Refresh token.
  • HW-91092 - Idle Token Expires, but other tokens donot expire - user can still authenticate
    • Workaround: Please make sure Access, Refresh and Idle tokens in vIDM are set up such that - none of the tokens are less than 5 minutes, Access and Idle token values are not identical, and Idle token value is greater than Access token but lesser than Refresh token.
