AirWatch Agent 5.7 for iOS
Geofencing profiles may intermittently not install on iOS devices. The issue appears to be due to temporary connectivity loss between the AirWatch Agent and the internet when the device changes location. When the Agent is able to connect, location samples are sent back to the Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console, however, the event for the Geofence profile to be applied is not triggered.
Our product team has been engaged and is actively working to resolve the issue.
