HW-80103: User is logged out of Windows Workspace ONE app even though the refresh token has not expired

Workspace ONE 3.1 for Windows



Upon opening the Workspace ONE application on a Windows 10 machine, the following error is presented:

“Refresh token expired: Please login to continue. If the problem persists, please contact your IT administrator.”

Upon selecting “OK” the application refreshes itself and then re-opens. This error occurs at least once per day on Windows 10 machines, however, iOS and Android devices are not affected.

Our product team has been engaged and is actively working to resolve the issue.
