[Resolved] AMST-5480: Windows 8.1 devices are not Enterprise Wiped once the command is sent from the AirWatch Console

Symptoms

When an Enterprise Wipe command is pushed from the AirWatch Console to a Windows 8.1 device, the device retains all Enterprise applications and profiles; However, the device records show the device has been unenrolled. If the MDM profile still remains on the device, it can manually be removed by selecting the account under Settings > Workplace, then selecting the trash can icon. 

 

Fix Versions

This has been resolved in AirWatch Console 9.2.3 as well as the 9.2.2.6 patch available here.
