Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console 9.1
When selecting the unenroll button in the iOS Agent on a Supervised DEP device, a message should pop up saying the device is not allowed to be unenrolled. However, instead the being prompted with this notification, the device is put into Lost Mode.
A current workaround is to disable the option to unenroll from the Agent in the Agent Settings.
Our product team has been engaged and is looking to resolve the issue.
