Agent 7.0 for Android
After upgrading the OS on an Android device or performing a factory reset, the UDID value changes, causing duplicate entries in the same AirWatch organization group.
It is recommended to either:
- Delete stale device records from the AirWatch Console
- Have devices which have not checked in for more than a set amount of time be automatically deleted.
