SDK 17.6 and 17.9 for Android
Incoming phone calls are breaking the Single Sign-On (SSO) session for Android devices connected to 4G. Accepting a phone call causes the applications to prompt for authentication again before the SSO timeout has elapsed. This issue only occurs when devices are connected to a 4G network; there are no issues when connected to Wi-Fi.
Our product team has been engaged and is looking to resolve the issue.
