[Resolved] CMEM-184286: Devices incorrectly blocked when MEM configured with direct PowerShell

When Mobile Email Management (MEM) is configured with direct PowerShell and the managed device compliance policy is enabled, managed devices may incorrectly be blocked upon running compliance. Additionally, the status of these blocked devices may incorrectly be shown as Managed/Allowed under the Email > List View page in the Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console.

Upon executing the sync mailbox functionality, the Email > List View page is updated to reflect the blocked device status.


Fix Versions

This has been resolved in Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console 9.2.3.
