Signing Certificate Rotation failure

Symptoms

Certain AirWatch features may stop working if an issue is encountered when rotating expiring certificates issued by the Signing Service. The Signing Service is an AirWatch Microservice that issues certificates to AirWatch Console and Device Service servers. These certificates are used for authentication with other microservices as well as for digital signing.  The server will attempt to rotate certificates which are expiring in the near future every fifteen days.

Resolution

Verify your network configuration and ensure the AirWatch Server has outbound access to the Signing Service.

Please use Signing Service global URL status end point to check the connectivity. If you have outbound access then you should receive below response upon entering the URL in any internet browser.
