[Resolved] AAPP-4338: Unable to clear passcode on iOS devices after reboot

Symptoms

On iOS 11 and 11.1 devices, the ClearPasscode command may fail if the device is rebooted and the screen has not yet been unlocked. The following error may display:

“12019 MDM is not configured to accept an Unlock Token.”

 

Fix Versions

This issue has been resolved with the release of iOS 11.2.
