Content Gateway 9.2.0, 9.2.1
Users may be unable to access certain network share repositories after upgrading Content Gateway to 9.2.0 or 9.2.1. The test connection for Content Gateway may be successful, however, the network share repository test connection might fail. The following error may display in the Content Gateway logs:
“AirWatch.MobileAccessGateway.RepositoryService.FileServerRepositoryService.GetFolderStructure *** EXCEPTION ***
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.”
This issue should not affect customers that are present in Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console 9.2.0 or 9.2.1 and are using an earlier version of Content Gateway.
If the above issue is encountered after a Content Gateway version upgrade to 9.2.0 or 9.2.1, please revert Content Gateway to the previous working version by following either of the below steps.
Backup of the server: If you have backup of the server prior to upgrading Content Gateway to 9.2 or 9.2.1 then revert to that backup.
Old Installer file: If you have the old installer file then uninstall 9.2 or 9.2.1 and re-run the old installer.
This has been resolved in Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console 9.2.2.
