For issues with JIRA integration with Apteligent, please check the following:
If you're connecting via JIRA OnPremise, you'll need to whitelist Apteligent's IPs for your network.
Make sure to use an actual JIRA account, not a third party Single Sign-On (SSO) account (such as Google Apps account) on the Apteligent side. You'll also want to double check your username/password. You may need your full address if that's how you login to JIRA.
Make sure you have "Issue Linking" enabled in JIRA for this fatastic ability. Details available at via JIRA Docs: Configuring Issue Linking.
On the JIRA side, verify that you the account you're using has the correct permissions for remote ticket creation. Below are the fields that need to be set on the JIRA side:
If you have created a new account in JIRA to integrate with Apteligent, you'll need to log in to JIRA using the portal at least once using that specific account.
Lastly, the issue may come from required fields configured for creating a JIRA ticket. Apteligent's current integration currently only supports setting a title and description. The issue type must be set as "Bug" for the integration to work. If there are other required fields, these may be blocking the ticket creation.
It is advised to create a brand new project and choose "JIRA Simple Classic" if you cannot change the current project setup.
