SaaS customers unable to access new Custom Reports introduced in 9.2

Symptoms

AirWatch announced the availability of Custom Reports with the release of 9.2, however customers in shared and dedicated SaaS environments may notice that they do not have access even after their environment is upgraded to 9.2. 

You may see the error "You are missing one of the services required to run Custom Reports. Please contact your administrator to configure this service." 

Fix Versions

Our SaaS Operations team engaged and is working to enable access to this feature across our SaaS environments.  Please note this may take a few weeks.  We appreciate your interest in these new Custom Reports and your patience as we make them available.
