[Resolved] SaaS customers unable to access new Custom Reports introduced in 9.2

Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console 9.2



In dedicated SaaS environments, you may see the error "You are missing one of the services required to run Custom Reports. Please contact your administrator to configure this service." 


Fix Versions

To enable Custom Reports, make sure you are on either of these compatible Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) Console version, or 9.3.0 and up. If not, please upgrade to compatible AirWatch Version.

Once upgraded, please work with your SAM or submit support ticket to request access to Custom Report.

Custom Reports is supported in United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Japan regions.
