As of September 18, 2017, access to the My Workspace ONE portal is now managed through VMware systems. In order to gain access to My Workspace ONE please use the following steps. If you need further assistance please contact the VMware Workspace ONE Account Services team via phone or by opening a ticket in My Workspace ONE under Support > Get Help.
When you navigate to My Workspace ONE, you will be directed to select a login option of either Partner Central or My VMware.
Login through Partner Central
If you are in the VMware Partner Network, you should have credentials to login through Partner Central. Select this button and login using your existing credentials. If you do not have Partner Central credentials, but are in the VMware Partner Network, please register for an account here. If you have any issues logging into Partner Central, please contact PartnerNetwork@vmware.com to create a case.
Once you log in through Partner Central, you should be automatically redirected back to My Workspace ONE and can browse normally. If you are not automatically redirected, please browse to my.air-watch.com.
Login through My VMware
If you are not in the VMware Partner Network, you should login through My VMware. Please reference the article on Login Changes for My Workspace ONE for further instructions on how to register or login using My VMware.
