[Resolved] GDIAG-222: Logging functionality update could cause high CPU usage on large On-Premises environments

Symptoms

AirWatch 9.2 introduces brand new logging and diagnostic features that improves on existing diagnostic functionality. As part of this update, some large-scale On-Premises environments could see a spike in CPU load and usage on their Device Services servers.

Note: This only impacts On-Premises environments.

 

Resolution

This issue has been resolved, and has been made available to customers in a patch installer. AirWatch recommends that any On-Premises customers that downloaded the 9.2 GA Installer to upgrade their environment, also download the patch available under the Installs & Upgrades section.
