How to log in to the myAirWatch Portal
Starting on September 18, 2017 access to the myAirWatch portal will be managed through VMware authentication systems. myAirWatch should still be used by AirWatch Customers and Partners to submit support requests and find documentation.
When you navigate to the myAirWatch portal, first select the "Log In" button in the upper right corner. You will see two options for logging in. Customers and Partners without Partner Central credentials should select “My VMware”. Partners with Partner Central credentials should select “Partner Central”.
After you select the appropriate login option, you will be redirected to My VMware or Partner Central to log in:
- If you have an existing My VMware profile, use those credentials to log in.
- If you are a new user to My VMware, please select the Register button to create an account.
Once you register and/or authenticate, you will be redirected back to myAirWatch and can browse normally.
