How to log in to the myAirWatch Portal after September 18, 2017
Starting on September 18, 2017 access to the myAirWatch portal will be managed through VMware authentication systems. myAirWatch should still be used by AirWatch Customers and Partners to submit support requests and find documentation.
When you navigate to the myAirWatch portal you will see two new options for logging in. Customers and Partners without Partner Central credentials should select “My VMware”. Partners with Partner Central credentials should select “Partner Central”.
After you select the appropriate login option, you will be redirected to My VMware or Partner Central to log in:
- If you have an existing My VMware profile, use those credentials to log in.
- If you are a new user to myAirWatch and My VMware, please select the Register button to create an account.
- If you are new to My VMware but have an existing AirWatch ID, you will have received an email with credentials for logging in. Information on how to reset your password will be present in this email.
Once you authenticate, you will be redirected back to myAirWatch and can browse normally.
