Native Exchange Active Sync (EAS) is not configuring on Samsung S8 devices.
Enable the phone permission to get the EMAILID by performing the following steps:
- Enroll the device and push down the native email client; it will show that it is not supported.
- When prompted to enable permission, select enable. If you are not prompted, enable the phone permission by navigating to Settings > Applications > Email > Permissions > Enable Phone Permission.
- Reapply the profile in the Agent.
It is also an option to manually configure the email client.
