End of General Support for VMware Content Locker Outlook Add-In

The VMware Content Locker Outlook Add-In will reach End of General Support on April 1, 2018.  After this date, AirWatch can no longer guarantee full support to devices that are leveraging the Outlook Add-In.

Additionally, AirWatch 9.1 will be the final release where the VMware Content Locker Outlook Add-In is available in the Self Service Portal by default for new environments with Content Management enabled.

 

Implications for Customers

All customers currently utilizing the VMware Content Locker Outlook Add-In should investigate migration options for any workflows that require the Outlook Add-In before the end of general support date.  Depending on your specific configuration and requirements, the Self Service Portal may be a suitable alternative to obtain and share secure links.
