End of General Support for Symbian device support in VMware AirWatch

Symbian device support in AirWatch will reach End of General Support on April 1, 2018.  On this date, AirWatch cannot guarantee full support for any Symbian devices currently enrolled in AirWatch environments, nor full support for the ability to enroll new devices into AirWatch environments.  It is possible that existing Symbian devices may become unenrolled when upgrading to an AirWatch version released after the end of general support date.


Implications for Customers

All customers that have any Symbian devices enrolled in their environment should work to migrate these users to supported device types prior to this End of General Support date.
