Beginning May 4th, 2017 - the AirWatch Cloud Operations team will be updating the default email address used for SMTP communications from AirWatch SaaS environments from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. This email address will be updated in all SaaS environments, and will be applied to all organization groups that are currently using the email@example.com address for the following pages:
- Settings > System > Enterprise Integration > Email (SMTP)
- Settings > Devices & Users > General > Enrollment > Customization
If you have configured any email address other than firstname.lastname@example.org, these settings will not be affected.
It is recommended that customers have their internal IT accordingly update their corporate systems (e.g. Spam Filters, Networking Rules) to avoid any disruption in service.

This change is being implemented in order to minimize potential issues that can arise when sending emails from our SaaS environments to certain recipient servers, depending on mail server configuration and security settings. In particular, this will ensure that the sending IP of emails sent through the AirWatch system will match the email address.
Implementation of this change is scheduled to start May 4th, 2017.
