This issue affects environments where the Privacy settings in the AirWatch Console are set to “Do Not Collect” for personal applications. In the Application Dashboard, if a public application is deployed to devices, it will show no devices have the app installed. However, if you select into this app to view the Manage Devices dashboard, it will correctly show the devices that have the app installed.
Our product team has been engaged and will be working to resolve this issue with an update to the Android Agent.
