Devices enrolled through Android for Work may experience email resync with Android Workspace ONE 2.2 and Android Boxer 3.12 after device reboot

Description

If a user is utilizing Android Boxer 3.12, Android Workspace ONE 2.2, and configured through Android for Work, application data, included synced emails, may be deleted from the Boxer application after a device reboot. This issue may occur if the Workspace ONE application is locked upon the reboot.

Workaround

If a user reboots the device and experiences the issue, all emails and other application data will be re-synced by relaunching the Boxer application and entering their credentials.

Resolution

Our product team has been engaged and is currently investigating a resolution to this issue.
