After a successful installation of the Content Rendering Engine, documents uploaded to the Self Service Portal do not attempt to render in the HTML5 display when clicked on. The documents uploaded to SSP are successfully stored using RFS, however clicking on the same document in the SSP simply downloads the document and does not attempt to render an image.
The Content Rendering Engine has not been Activated. Once the CRE is installed, the admin will have to manually activate CRE. Go to Groups & Settings / All Settings / Content / Content Viewer/ and switch the icon from red to Green.
