Content: Self Service Portal - My Content section does not display

Symptom: 

Users are not able to see the My Content Section after they log in to the Self Service Portal.

Resolution:

This will happen if  Personal Content has not been enabled. Personal Content is enabled in  Groups & Settings / All Settings / Content / Personal Content.

After enabling Personal content, Users will be able to see the My Content Section when inside the Self Service Portal.
