Users are unable to upload documents into the SSP. Users receive the error message “Upload not permitted. Exceeds Quota."
In order for users to be able to upload documents into personal content they need to have had space allocated to them. This is set by updating the “User Quota” set in Groups & Settings / All Settings / Content / Personal Content. Ensure that the user has been allocated the appropriate amount of space to be able to upload the desired files.
In this example the user is not able to upload files in My Content of the Self Service Portal because the User Quota has been set to zero. Increase the user quota to allow the user to upload documents.
