- The Error on the console login page is "Error: Technical error has occurred. Please contact support"
- The error in the console log file is "WebConsole Log error: LoginPortableArea.Controllers.LoginController Encountered exception authenticating user Administrator: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): @EulaTypeID is not a parameter for procedure EulaUserAcceptance_Search"
The issue can occur when the version of the database does not match the version on the Application serverss
Roll back to original working state and follow the upgrade procedure listed in the following article.
