How to configure the Windows Content Gateway to route all outbound connections through a proxy

In order to route all outbound connections from the Windows Content Gateway through an outbound proxy, such as when connecting to a cloud repository, the following changes must be made in the web.config file of the Content Gateway.  Add the following snippet below the line </system.webserver> in the web.config file.  Make sure to specify the proxyaddress appropriately.

<system.net>
    <settings>
        <httpWebRequest useUnsafeHeaderParsing="true" />
    </settings>
    <defaultProxy>
        <proxy autoDetect="false" bypassonlocal="false" proxyaddress="http://127.0.0.1:8888" usesystemdefault="false" />
    </defaultProxy>
</system.net>
