Tip for troubleshooting URL error during file/action and content upload


A file being uploaded into Products > Files/Action that is greater than 4kb will produce the following error:


The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is: xxxxxxxx.


Additionally, uploading content resulted in a timeout behavior.



The F5 security policy triggers on “Maximum POST length” and “Maximum REQUEST length.” Changing these settings to “any” should result in uploads being successful. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Account Services & Support or submit a support ticket through myAirWatch.
