WPCAGNT-183662: Unable to enroll Windows PC device after entering incorrect user credentials over three times - Resolved in AirWatch 9.0

If a user enters their credentials incorrectly three times while attempting to enroll a Windows PC device, they will receive the message “Please enter the characters shown in the image below,” even if the correct credentials are later entered.  This issue persists even if the Agent is uninstalled and reinstalled.


Deleting the AirWatch folder and Registry keys after uninstalling the Agent will resolve the issue and allow an affected device to re-enroll.
